Terms and Conditions

All massage/stretching packages expire 1 year from purchase date.

Services purchased, gift certificates, packages are non-refundable.

Sessions or packages cannot be broken up to less minutes (ie. 60 min cannot be broken to two 30 min)

You can gift your massage to a friend or family member.
Cancellation Policy / Late Arrival / Scheduling

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your massage will end at the scheduled time, and full payment is required.

Please give 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel your appointment. I am able to avoid lost revenue and accommodate other clients needing treatment. Thank you. There is no fee if you cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

You will be charged 50% of the cost of the service if you cancel day of, if you miss or no-show, you will be charged for full appointment cost. If it is a gift certificate you were using, it will become invalid. If it is part of a purchased series, one appointment will be removed. Future appointments will not be permitted until fees are paid in full. Future appointments will require full payment prior to service.

If you arrive late, your appointment will end at original scheduled time, and you will be charged full price.
Before Your First Appointment

The online medical form must be filled out prior to your appointment. You will receive this in an email. If you need to do this in the office, this time will be taken off your session.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can discuss your medical form and the reason you are coming in for massage treatment. Otherwise, this time will be taken off your session.

Tipping is optional, however, always appreciated.
